Role Summary
The Budapest System IP team at Arm focuses on delivering high-quality System IP components for client, embedded, and IoT devices. The role involves contributing to the specification, microarchitecture, and RTL design of efficient and secure IP components while collaborating with other engineering teams.
Experience Level
Mid-level, with post-degree work experience expected.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to System IP microarchitecture specification and design.
- Use SystemVerilog, C, and C++ for verification, modeling, and debugging.
- Propose new methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Develop verification plans and environments.
- Collaborate with engineers to meet functional requirements and performance goals.
Requirements
The following skills and experience are required:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering preferred; Bachelor's with related experience accepted.
- Experience in object-oriented software development (C++ or SystemVerilog).
- Theoretical knowledge of digital circuits, FPGAs, and embedded software.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability.
Education Requirements
A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is strongly preferred; a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may be considered.
