Job Title

Experienced ML System Integration and Test Engineer

Role Summary

Develop and maintain automated test infrastructure and flows for Arm ML software and systems, including functional and performance testing, result visualisation, and report generation. Work with advanced pre-silicon platforms to validate ML performance and quality of Arm IP while collaborating with software, hardware and system teams.

Note: no relocation package is available for this role.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop and maintain automated test infrastructure and end-to-end test flows for ML software and systems.
  • Create and run functional and performance tests on pre-silicon and advanced platforms.
  • Implement visualisation and automated reporting of test results.
  • Execute representative workloads to validate ML performance and quality of Arm IP and systems.
  • Investigate, triage and drive resolution of anomalies and test failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, systems) to improve coverage and test effectiveness.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and containerised test environments.

Requirements

Must-have skills followed by desirable skills.

  • Must-have: Strong Python knowledge.
  • Experience developing on Linux or macOS.
  • Experience with software development or automated testing.
  • Strong communication skills and inter-cultural awareness.
  • Ownership mindset and attention to detail when investigating issues.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience building test infrastructure and working with pre-silicon platforms.
  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub).
  • Understanding of ML frameworks, compilers, or model execution flows.
  • Familiarity with data analysis.
