Role Summary

The Analog Design Engineer will be critical in designing and developing advanced memory technology. This role involves comprehensive participation in the analog design process, from concept through to validation, focusing particularly on analog circuit design.

Experience Level

Mid-level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in analog integrated circuit design.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Propose analog architecture to ensure high-quality functionality and enhance performance.
• Explore new design approaches and solutions proactively.
• Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuits for embedded non-volatile memory applications.
• Deliver high-quality designs compliant with specifications.
• Collaborate with technology and layout teams for efficient implementation of designs.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
• Generate reports on design progress and results.
• Work effectively within an international team environment.
• Contribute to the definition of product specifications and testing strategies.
• Mentor junior designers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in analog integrated circuit design.
• Solid understanding of fundamental analog design principles.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
• Experience in mismatch and corner validation of analog circuits.
• Experience with memory circuits or non-volatile memory technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear and concise reports.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work effectively in a team.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
