Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include end-to-end program execution and cross-functional coordination.

• Manage program execution and day-to-day activities from MRD/PRD through design, NPI, and production ramp.
• Establish and monitor milestones, schedules, and master plans; identify and resolve program issues.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet business and financial objectives.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, legal, and sales.
• Support field sales and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and product profitability.
• Prepare and present program updates and reviews to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have skills and qualifications (concise):

• Program/project management experience in silicon product or IP development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize work, and delegate tasks.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical risks across product development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills; ability to drive consensus.
• Experience coordinating implementation tasks for development and manufacturing teams.
• Eligible to access export-controlled information; may be subject to export license review.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with NPI, manufacturing ramp, and product integration/testing.
• Familiarity with MRD/PRD and product planning processes.
