Role Summary
As a Test Engineer in our Product Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment throughout the product development and manufacturing phases. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products.

Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement comprehensive test cases and methodologies to ensure product reliability and quality across multiple projects.
- Create and execute diagnostic testing programs that effectively identify performance issues throughout various product development phases.
- Develop specialized test fixtures and equipment that accurately measure and validate product specifications under various conditions.
- Define and document test setups and procedures ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
- Plan and coordinate resources including labor, schedules, and equipment to optimize testing activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in systems and equipment throughout the development process.
- Implement and maintain testing processes that meet established quality standards.
- Lead qualification efforts for product lines to meet market standards.
- Design and oversee the manufacture of PCBs for test setups and evaluation boards.
Requirements

- Experience in designing moderate-complexity test fixtures and equipment.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, typically requiring 2+ years of relevant experience.
