Role Summary

The Test Engineer is primarily responsible for managing the electrical Final Test processes. This role entails optimizing test solutions and supporting objectives related to output, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities

The Test Engineer will be responsible for:

• Acting as the technical resource for ATCB Test Engineering
• Conducting electrical test qualification of setups
• Ensuring GR&R meets requirements
• Reducing test overkills and improving yield
• Owning and optimizing test programs
• Aligning test jobs with specifications
• Maintaining test capacity and yield targets
• Implementing electrical testing solutions
• Enhancing production line test processes
• Leading qualification initiatives
• Supporting customer complaint investigations
• Interfacing with BG Test on improvement initiatives
• Conducting training for test technicians and engineers

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE, ME, EE, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience in IC or PMOS semiconductor assembly or test processes
• Strong electronics fundamentals knowledge
• Familiarity with PMOS/Power MOSFET testing
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI)
• Strong statistical and data analytics understanding
• Leadership and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong collaboration skills

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
