Responsible for defining and executing the NAND-CMOS device roadmap, developing transistor structures, and ensuring device performance, reliability, and manufacturability for NAND products. - Collaborate with TCAD simulation teams to develop transistor structure strategies.
- Define electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design-rule verification, and process monitoring.
- Work with Manufacturing to debug yield and reliability issues and ensure production performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote collaborative team practices.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and optimize day-to-day workflows.
