Role Summary
The QEM PQE Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc. supports semiconductor memory manufacturing by improving product yields and reliability for new non-volatile memory products. The role involves interactions with engineers across multiple sites to address manufacturing challenges and improve yield performance.

Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for:
- Starting new product initiatives and sustaining high product yields.
- Leading yield and product grade enhancements and performance monitoring.
- Performing data analysis, summarizing findings, and presenting results.
- Designing experiments to drive improvement.
- Facilitating taskforce meetings for yield loss mitigation.
- Collaborating with various engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Requirements
The following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Material Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and project management experience.
- Teamwork skills and capability to build strong peer relationships.
- Experience in yield analysis or EFA is advantageous.
- Understanding of CMOS device physics and NAND device operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of probe test flow and methodologies is beneficial.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in accordance with different time zones.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
