Responsibilities
Primary duties include supporting production hardware reliability, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot, repair, qualify, and maintain semiconductor test hardware and fixtures.
- Perform hardware failure analysis and root cause investigations; implement corrective actions.
- Support qualification activities and validation of test hardware changes.
- Develop and implement test solutions, fixtures, and tool enhancements to improve yield and throughput.
- Collaborate with technicians, manufacturing engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve hardware issues.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects that reduce hardware-related downtime.
Requirements
