Responsibilities

Primary duties include supporting production hardware reliability, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements to reduce downtime.

  • Troubleshoot, repair, qualify, and maintain semiconductor test hardware and fixtures.
  • Perform hardware failure analysis and root cause investigations; implement corrective actions.
  • Support qualification activities and validation of test hardware changes.
  • Develop and implement test solutions, fixtures, and tool enhancements to improve yield and throughput.
