Engineer NAND CMOS PI
Set direction for CMOS technology on the company's NAND memory roadmap. Collaborate with design, process integration, TCAD, transistor modeling, reliability, and manufacturing teams to define electrical targets and transistor structures and ensure technologies are manufacturable and high-yield.
Lead device technology development, define and analyze silicon experiments, deliver transistor models and design-rule guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
