Responsibilities

- Support and manage production line activities to ensure smooth operation and meet throughput targets.
- Perform and support product transfer and release to mass production.
- Manage hardware-related activities: repair, firmware revision, preventive maintenance, and sustaining.
- Debug and troubleshoot Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) to support production release and resolve faults.
- Investigate root causes of QA failures and implement corrective actions.
- Drive yield improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Units to analyze low-yield issues and implement product improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
