Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include supporting production line operations, driving yield improvements, and resolving test and hardware issues to meet throughput targets.

  • Support and manage production line activities to ensure smooth operation and meet throughput targets.
  • Perform and support product transfer and release to mass production.
  • Manage hardware-related activities: repair, firmware revision, preventive maintenance, and sustaining.
  • Debug and troubleshoot Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) to support production release and resolve faults.
  • Investigate root causes of QA failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive yield improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to analyze low-yield issues and implement product improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
