Engineer, DPG LPDDR Verification

Role Summary

Senior design verification engineer responsible for planning and executing verification for DRAM/LPDDR memory designs. Work on full-chip and block-level verification, collaborate with global design and verification teams, and deliver functionally correct designs with advanced low-power and power-management features.

Experience Level

Senior — typically 4–8 years of relevant verification experience, demonstrated ownership of verification efforts and mentorship of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include pre-silicon verification, test development, and cross-team collaboration.

• Lead and direct verification activities within assigned projects and domains.
• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip and block-level designs.
• Develop test cases and stimulus to improve functional coverage for DRAM and related memory architectures.
• Create and maintain verification environments, test benches, and test vectors; run regressions and coverage analysis.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop new verification flows and methodologies.
• Mentor and onboard new and junior team members.
• Use AI-based tools and automation to improve verification productivity.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience; optional items noted where applicable.

• Proven experience with digital verification languages and methodologies (SystemVerilog, UVM).
• Experience with PLI coding and building test benches.
• Proficiency in Verilog simulations and/or SPICE for analog/mixed-signal verification.
• Experience with DRAM, SRAM, or other memory-related verification.
• Experience with AMS verification and co-simulation.
• Strong analytical skills for CMOS and gate-level circuit behavior and debugging.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in and guide cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-based automation tools for verification (nice-to-have).

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field required.
