Role Summary
Design and validate memory, logic and analog IP blocks with responsibility for layout, parasitic modeling, simulation and tape-out support. Work within a cross-functional engineering team at Micron's Hyderabad site to ensure manufacturable product designs.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to design, layout and optimization of Memory, Logic and Analog circuits.
- Perform parasitic modeling, simulation and design validation; support reticle experiments and tape-out revisions.
- Oversee layout activities including floor-planning, placement and routing.
- Execute verification using industry-standard simulators and modeling tools.
- Collaborate across groups (Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, Product Engineering) to ensure manufacturability.
- Coordinate with Standards, CAD, modeling and verification teams to improve design quality and standardization.
- Drive innovation for future memory generations within a dynamic development environment.
