Engineer / Associate Engineer — AI & Automation Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and deploy AI/ML models and automation to accelerate design validation, process optimization, and simulation workflows. Partner with design, simulation, and manufacturing teams to build engineering-focused AI tools, data pipelines, and automation that improve yield, quality, and engineering productivity.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models for design validation, process optimization, and simulation acceleration.
- Build intelligent design assistants and co-pilot systems for engineers.
- Automate design, routing, simulation, and validation workflows.
- Create and maintain data pipelines integrating design, simulation, and manufacturing data.
- Apply DOE, SPC, and ML-driven analytics for yield and quality improvement.
- Collaborate across design, simulation, and manufacturing teams to translate engineering problems into scalable AI solutions.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience:
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and engineering automation scripting.
- Experience building data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models.
- Ability to translate engineering problems into scalable AI and automation solutions.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in semiconductor packaging, ASIC, DRAM, or NAND domains.
- Exposure to digital twins or physics-informed machine learning.
- Experience building engineering-focused AI tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with IC layout, routing, and simulation workflows.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Semiconductor Engineering.
