Mid-level β 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in silicon validation, memory/DDR validation, or related embedded/VLSI roles.
Responsibilities
Execute validation plans, debug failures, and deliver test and platform readiness artifacts.
- Execute DDR validation test plans and report failures.
- Create and maintain basic to intermediate validation test cases.
- Debug functional failures using logs, register dumps, and firmware traces.
- Support silicon bring-up and memory initialization activities.
- Analyze DDR training, boot, and stress failures with senior engineers.
- Develop scripts for test automation, log parsing, and validation support.
- Produce test execution reports, debug reports with root-cause analysis, and defect reports with reproduction steps.
- Deliver firmware changes, debug patches, or test firmware enhancements as needed.
