Electrical/Electronics Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
Role Summary
Design and validate two-way radio antennas and RF circuits for Motorola Solutions products. Work within the Advanced Technology team and collaborate with hardware, RF and systems engineers to integrate antenna designs into product hardware.
Experience Level
Entry-level (New graduate). Suitable for candidates with minimal professional experience or recent graduates.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and optimize two-way radio antennas to meet product performance requirements.
- Perform RF simulations and RF circuit design to achieve target specifications.
- Conduct hands-on validation and laboratory testing of antenna designs using RF test equipment.
- Ensure antenna and RF designs meet internal reliability benchmarks and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna designs into product hardware.
Requirements
Core skills and attributes required for the role.
- Strong theoretical foundation in RF fundamentals and antenna design principles.
- Practical experience with RF test equipment: Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and CMW testers.
- Ability to perform laboratory validation and hands-on testing.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have: experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS, CST, or similar.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in RF, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
