Role Summary

Develop parametric electrical component models from manufacturer datasheets for use in schematic analysis tools. Ensure models accurately represent real component behavior through validation and optimization, and collaborate with software and design teams within Siemens EDA.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include extracting data from component documentation, producing simulation-ready models, and validating model behavior.

  • Extract electrical parameters and specifications from component datasheets.

  • Collaborate with design, software, and product teams to ensure model accuracy and integration.
  • Document model assumptions, limitations, and verification results.
