- Define and guide verification strategy for assigned DRAM and emerging memory projects.
- Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs using transistor- and RTL-level tools.
- Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage across DRAM features and architectures.
- Build and maintain testbenches, test vectors, and regression suites; perform coverage analysis and drive improvements.
- Develop verification methodology and environments for advanced DRAM products.
- Collaborate with international teams to develop new verification flows and increase efficiency, including leveraging AI techniques.
