Join a DRAM verification team responsible for pre-silicon verification of DRAM and emerging memory architectures. The role focuses on simulation, debugging, testbench development, and improving verification flows for advanced memory products.

Responsibilities

The role includes defining verification direction, creating and running tests, and collaborating with international colleagues to improve flows and coverage.

• Define and guide verification strategy for assigned DRAM and emerging memory projects.
• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs using transistor- and RTL-level tools.
• Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage across DRAM features and architectures.
• Build and maintain testbenches, test vectors, and regression suites; perform coverage analysis and drive improvements.
• Develop verification methodology and environments for advanced DRAM products.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop new verification flows and increase efficiency, including leveraging AI techniques.

Requirements

Key technical must-haves and useful additional skills.

• Must-have: Familiarity with DRAM operation.
• Must-have: SystemVerilog and UVM experience for verification.
• Must-have: Experience simulating, analyzing, and debugging RTL or transistor-level designs; testbench and regression development.
• Must-have: Schematic analysis skills.
• Additional / Nice-to-have: RTL design and synthesis experience.
• Additional / Nice-to-have: Static timing analysis and timing-driven place & route familiarity.
• Additional / Nice-to-have: Experience with fastspice (PrimeSim/FineSim), Verilog simulators (Xcelium/VCS), and AI-assisted verification tools.
• Additional: Familiarity with "Claude Code" (as listed in source).
