DRAM Product Test Engineer Intern
Role Summary
As a DRAM Product Test Engineer Intern, you will develop, debug, and maintain test programs and automation used to validate DRAM products from introduction through high-volume manufacturing. The role supports test program development, data analysis, test flow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Work may focus on memory cell health, high-speed interface testing, and applying software and AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage and throughput.

Entry-level / Internship. Intended for students or recent graduates; specific years of experience not specified.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, debug, and support test programs from new product introduction through high-volume manufacturing.
- Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python.
- Analyze device and test flow data to make informed test coverage and yield decisions.
- Balance test-time objectives while maintaining yield and product quality.
- Contribute requirements for design-for-test capabilities.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Quality, Systems Integration, and Equipment Engineering teams.
Requirements
Must-have technical knowledge and preferred skills:
- Basic R/L/C circuit knowledge.
- Digital systems and logic gate representation.
- Understanding of CMOS transistor operation.
- Basic statistics and data analytics.
- Nice-to-have: intermediate to advanced programming in C++ or Python, basic Unix/Linux experience, familiarity with AI-assisted coding and workflow automation, and strong communication skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
