Responsible for DRAM power analysis, modeling, and architecture optimization across device and system levels. The role supports product and design teams by translating system and customer power requirements into analysis tasks, models, and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on power analysis, modeling, and cross-functional validation to drive DRAM power and efficiency improvements.

  • Understand system- and customer-level DRAM power requirements and translate them into analysis and modeling tasks.
  • Perform DRAM power analysis including IDD and workload-based modeling; generate insights for design optimization.
  • Develop and apply power models and tools to evaluate DRAM architecture and system behavior.
  • Support definition of power targets aligned with optimization goals (power, performance, efficiency).
  • Contribute to development of DRAM power-related features and architecture improvements.
  • Collaborate with Design, Product, and System teams to validate analysis results.
  • Analyze competitor products and industry trends to support benchmarking activities.
  • Document methodologies and share technical findings within the team; leverage AI tools where appropriate.
