Role Summary
Work in a manufacturing DRAM fab to enable next-generation DRAM, ramp production yield, and deliver high-quality DRAM products. The role focuses on electrical data analysis, device characterization, reliability improvement, and cross-team collaboration with process integration, product engineering, data engineering and failure analysis teams.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities in the fab and production environment include analysis, characterization, and improvement of device performance and reliability.
- Analyze electrical test data and provide actionable feedback to Process Integration and other teams.
- Drive device performance and reliability improvements; design and run DOE on silicon as needed.
- Perform device characterization and deep dives to diagnose performance and reliability issues.
- Monitor and maintain device performance on the production line to meet production-grade specifications.
- Collaborate with Process Integration, Product Engineering, Product Design, QA, failure analysis, and data engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain data automation and analysis workflows.
- Leverage AI tools to increase productivity and accelerate analysis.
- Prepare and present technical results to broad audiences.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and attributes required for immediate contribution; listed preferred items are labeled.
- Must-have: Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
- Must-have: Experience with semiconductor device characterization and statistical data analysis.
- Must-have: Understanding of CMOS devices and circuit operation.
- Must-have: Good communication skills and self-motivated work style.
- Nice-to-have: Practical knowledge of mainstream memory (DRAM, NAND, NOR) and memory product architecture.
- Nice-to-have: Prior memory-industry or fab experience.
- Nice-to-have: Experience using AI tools to support analysis and productivity.
Education Requirements
Master's degree (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering or Materials Engineering as specified.
