Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) — Process Development, Photolithography, NAND
Lead technical strategy for enterprise-wide photolithography process development for NAND memory at Fab 10N/X, Singapore. Provide technical leadership, define long-term technology roadmaps, de-risk novel lithography concepts, and mentor senior engineers across R&D and manufacturing.
Drive integration strategy and influence executive- and industry-level decisions to enable next-generation nodes and architectures.
Senior — senior technical leadership role. Requires extensive experience consistent with a DMTS: PhD with 615 years or Masters with 617 years of relevant experience (see Education Requirements).
Accountable for long-term photolithography strategy, technical leadership, and cross-functional program execution.
Must-have technical skills and leadership competencies.
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field with 615 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree in those fields with 617 years of relevant experience. Related technical fields are acceptable.
