Role Summary

Responsibilities

Accountable for technical strategy, team leadership, and product delivery across simulation and AI-driven design tools.

• Define and execute the R&D roadmap for next-generation simulation and analysis products.
• Lead development and integration of multi-physics simulation technologies with AI functionality.
• Drive creation and validation of generative AI surrogate models to accelerate design iterations.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and AI teams to deliver solutions for GPU, HPC, AI chips, smartphone processors, and analog ICs.
• Mentor and guide engineering and architect teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Engage with key customers and industry partners to validate needs and drive adoption.
• Represent the organization at industry events and customer forums.

Requirements

Education Requirements

PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a closely related technical field.
