Role Summary
Lead product management for virtual prototyping, hardware emulation, and hybrid hardware/software co-simulation platforms. Define product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market execution to drive adoption and revenue.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customers to align product capabilities with market needs and ensure successful product rollouts.
Experience Level
Senior — minimum 10 years of related product management experience in EDA, semiconductor, or hardware prototyping industries.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional leadership.
- Define and execute strategic product roadmaps and vision.
- Develop business and technical strategy, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Create and coordinate sales collateral, competitive analysis, product rollouts, and sales training.
- Drive significant revenue growth through market-aligned product initiatives.
- Differentiate product positioning and influence product direction based on market and customer insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and influence technical decisions.
- Build and lead high-performing product teams and coordinate across a matrix organization.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Deep technical understanding of silicon architecture, System-on-Chip analysis, design optimization, emulation, and hardware/software co-design.
- Proven track record of launching, managing, and growing products in EDA, semiconductor, or hardware prototyping domains.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with engineers, executives, and customers.
- Experience defining pricing, packaging, and go-to-market activities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with silicon IP, sub-systems, and pre-silicon validation lifecycles.
- Experience operating in a matrix organization and building cross-functional teams.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
