Role Summary

Lead product management for Synopsys memory interface IP, focusing on DDR, LPDDR and HBM protocols. The role combines technical pre-sales support, customer engagement, product positioning, and cross-functional coordination with Sales and R&D to drive IP adoption and revenue.

Work within a product team to define product direction, maintain technical collateral, produce customer quotes, and represent the technology externally at industry events.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include technical pre-sales support, customer evaluation enablement, and cross-functional product execution.

• Support sales by responding to customer technical requests and providing databooks and product information.
• Review customer requirements for technical completeness and alignment with use cases.
• Enter, track, and manage customer requests and inquiries in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or equivalent.
• Develop and process customer-facing IP quotes, including requests for enhancements or customizations, coordinating with Sales and R&D.
• Prepare, deliver, and maintain customer presentations and technical collateral (datasheets, white papers, slides).
• Engage directly with customers to support IP evaluations and advise on memory protocol selection.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Product Managers, and R&D through ongoing cross-functional engagement.
• Translate customer feedback and market insights into clear product requirements to influence future IP direction.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Technical familiarity with JEDEC-standard DDR, LPDDR, or HBM SDRAM interfaces.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills; ability to interact credibly with engineers and customers.
• Experience working with Sales and Product Management to relay customer technical needs to R&D.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and collaborate across large teams.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or equivalent to manage customer interactions.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with the ASIC design process.
• Background in system design, signal integrity, and timing closure.
• Experience authoring datasheets, white papers, and technical presentations; external speaking at industry events.

Education Requirements
