Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include defining strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and guiding product delivery and long-term support.
- Define and lead strategy for platform firmware and software stacks for Arm-based SoCs and devices.
- Gather and manage requirements from internal and external stakeholders; translate needs into clear, testable specifications and maintain traceability.
- Develop product roadmaps that move research and prototypes to stable, supported products.

- Expertise in platform library optimization, real-time software and operating systems, C/C++ development, device drivers, and hardware–software integration (must-have).
- Experience in requirements management, stakeholder management, and leading teams to deliver software products from a strategic roadmap (must-have).
- Demonstrated success working with customers or ecosystem partners on embedded or low-level software (must-have).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and people-first leadership skills (must-have).
- Nice-to-have: prior experience shaping developer SDKs, representing a company in external technical forums, or working across large global ecosystems.
