Responsibilities
The Director will be responsible for:
- Designing and launching a graduate training program for EDA Applications Engineers.
- Defining and implementing a curriculum covering emulation, prototyping, and customer engagement strategies.
- Establishing onboarding processes and performance metrics for continuous success.
- Recruiting and mentoring early-career engineers in technical excellence and collaboration.
- Providing hands-on coaching in real customer scenarios.
- Aligning training content with business objectives in partnership with R&D and sales teams.
- Incorporating industry trends and technologies into the training program.
- Measuring program effectiveness and making iterative improvements.
- Supporting customer engagements as a senior technical authority.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 20+ years of experience as an Applications Engineer in EDA.
- Proven experience in team management and talent development.
- Strong technical knowledge of EDA workflows and verification methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with emulation and prototyping tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
