Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include technical leadership, program execution, and team development.
- Manage and scale digital design and pre-silicon verification teams for Interface IP products.
- Own project execution, resource planning, schedules, and delivery from architecture to silicon validation and customer deployment.
- Drive design and verification quality through methodologies, coverage closure, and tooling/automation improvements.
- Collaborate across architecture, analog, physical design, firmware, and applications engineering to ensure product readiness.
- Mentor engineers, develop leadership capability, and build a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
- Influence product strategy and engineering best practices across multiple product lines.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- 12+ years of ASIC design and verification experience, including delivery of Interface IP products from concept through production.
- Strong expertise in RTL design and verification using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Experience with modern EDA flows and pre-silicon verification methodologies.
- Proven record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams and making sound technical decisions in complex environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
