Digital Verification Senior Staff Engineer / Principal Engineer
Role Summary
Senior technical role responsible for driving digital verification for complex ASIC/SoC blocks. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City and reports into the verification/engineering organization.
Primary mission: define and execute verification strategy, deliver robust verification environments and sign-off for tapeout-quality RTL.

Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities for this role include:
- Define verification strategy and plans for complex digital blocks or subsystems.
- Design, implement, and maintain verification environments and testbenches (functional, regression, and sign-off).
- Develop and run directed and constrained-random tests; analyze coverage and closure metrics.
- Debug RTL and verification failures; drive root-cause analysis and fixes with design teams.
- Collaborate with design, CAD, and system teams to ensure integration and performance goals.
- Mentor and lead other engineers; review verification architectures and quality of deliverables.
Requirements

- Strong background in digital/ASIC/SoC verification methodologies.
- Proficiency with SystemVerilog and UVM-based testbench development.
- Experience debugging RTL and verification environments; familiar with coverage-driven verification.

- Proven ability to lead verification efforts and mentor junior engineers.
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with industry verification tools and flows.
