The Digital Design Verification Application Engineer role focuses on supporting customers in the critical stage of chip development through strong technical verification and pre-sales engagement.

Responsibilities
The Engineer will engage directly with customers and collaborate with different teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their verification needs.
- Supporting pre-sales activities: demos, technical evaluations, benchmarks, and methodology guidance.
- Improving customer verification flows and testbench architectures.
- Debugging RTL/gate-level simulation issues and SystemVerilog/UVM environments.
- Analyzing functional and code coverage.
- Developing and debugging SystemVerilog assertions.
- Collaborating with Sales to grow adoption and identify new opportunities.
- Acting as the technical voice of the customer to R&D.
Requirements
Candidates are expected to possess the following:
- Strong knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog, UVM, coverage, and assertions.
- Experience in customer interaction, pre-sales, or technical support is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites, typically one or two days per week.
