Role Summary

Work on verification of digital designs with emphasis on design-for-test (DFT) related verification. The role focuses on building and running RTL verification environments, executing coverage-driven plans, and debugging issues with design and DFT teams.

Experience Level

Senior — requires 5+ years in digital design verification, including at least 2 years specifically in DFT verification.

Responsibilities

The engineer will implement and run verification environments, validate DFT features, and collaborate with designers to resolve functional and testability issues.

• Develop and maintain RTL verification environments using UVM or equivalent methodologies.
• Create and execute coverage-driven verification plans aligned to design specifications.
• Run simulations, analyze results, and identify root causes of failures.
• Collaborate with DFT design engineers to debug verification and design issues.
• Automate verification tasks and integrate tests into regression frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital design verification experience with at least 2 years focused on DFT verification.
• Strong hands-on experience with UVM-based or similar verification methodologies.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and experience with EDA DFT tools.
• Experience with scripting and automation; Python preferred.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
