Join the Annapurna Labs semiconductor engineering team within AWS Utility Computing to design and deliver Design-for-Testability (DFT) solutions for Nitro and related cloud infrastructure chips. The role focuses on DFT strategy, test pattern generation, chip bring-up, and collaboration across design, verification, and test teams.
Work contributes directly to the reliability and manufacturability of high-performance cloud processor platforms.
Mid-level β requires at least 4 years of semiconductor industry experience as a DFT engineer.
