DFT Engineer, Graviton Team
Design and implement design-for-test (DFT) architectures and verification for Graviton-class semiconductor platforms within Annapurna Labs (an AWS semiconductor group). The role focuses on DFT strategy, test pattern development, timing analysis, verification, and supporting silicon bring-up.
Collaborate with SoC design, verification, and physical design teams to ensure chips are testable, debuggable, and manufacturable for production use in AWS infrastructure.
