Role Summary

The DFT Design Engineer will design and develop custom digital DFT circuits, ensuring testability and validation for memory applications. This role involves collaboration with high-speed interface PHY designers and product engineering teams for optimal interface and testing solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting product specifications and designing circuits for required functionality.
• Designing custom digital DFT circuits including mBist, Fuse Logic, and Test Mode Logic.

• Working closely with Analog designers to ensure smooth integration of DFT circuits.
• Performing circuit simulations using industry-standard software.
• Assisting in design validation and tape-out revisions.
• Providing technical guidance to senior management.
