Role Summary
Responsible for building and maintaining automated build and test infrastructure for Saber products and producing technical documentation in DITA XML. The role spans DevOps, system administration, and user-facing authoring to keep builds, tests, and documentation reliable and current for global engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Deliver and maintain automation and documentation that enable engineering productivity and reliable product releases.
- Automate build and test infrastructure across Linux and Windows using TeamCity, Jenkins, Python, and Perl.
- Apply Agentic AI techniques to improve automation, tests, and documentation workflows.
- Manage system builds, configurations, patches, and upgrades to ensure stability and scalability.
- Design, develop, and maintain development and test environments supporting multiple product lines and global teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (DITA XML) using Oxygen Author: FAQs, user guides, handbooks, and release notes.
- Coordinate with product development to keep documentation and build processes aligned with tool versions and releases.
- Package and publish documentation using standard templates and style guidelines to meet release schedules.
Requirements
