Device Engineer
As a Device Engineer in Intel Foundry's Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering (MDCE) Device organization, you will develop and customize CMOS device technologies for high-volume manufacturing. The focus is on general-purpose logic CMOS across markets including high-performance compute, mobile, mixed-signal, and memory controllers.
You will collaborate with technology development and manufacturing teams to improve device performance, power efficiency, scaling, yield, and manufacturability for foundry customers.
Senior β typical candidate: Master's degree plus 7+ years in CMOS device engineering; Ph.D. with ~5+ years preferred. Requires experience in advanced CMOS device technology and foundry or high-volume manufacturing.
Primary responsibilities include technology development, process integration, and cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable manufacturing of CMOS devices.
