Role Summary

Own execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery. Serve as the central point of accountability across internal teams, external customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders.

Lead program planning, risk mitigation, schedule and cost tracking, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination to enable new technologies or technology transfers.

Experience Level

Senior - typically requires 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry and prior project, program, or product management experience.

Responsibilities

Accountable for end-to-end program delivery and stakeholder coordination. Typical responsibilities include:

• Own full project execution and act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans for new technology enablement or technology transfers.
• Analyze data and monitor programs for adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Drive project team members to meet milestones and customer commitments.
• Document, track, and close meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Identify key program risks and define/track mitigation actions.
• Track and report progress to senior stakeholders and external customers.
• Travel as needed for customer workshops, reviews, and meetings.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• 6+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
• Highly reliable and execution-focused with disciplined follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable leading calls with executives, technical experts, vendors, and customers.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful; able to identify gaps and solve non-routine issues.
• Ability to distill complex technical issues into concise narratives.

Nice-to-have:

• Program-management experience specifically within semiconductor projects.
• Strong technical background in semiconductor device physics and processes.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Proven record of delivering high-profile, complex technical projects to tight deadlines.
• Experience leading initiatives and mentoring peers.

Education Requirements
