Role Summary

Own and drive execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery. Serve as the central point of accountability across internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders to meet scope, cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Experience Level

Senior - typically requires 6+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry; prior program or project management experience expected.

Responsibilities

Lead program execution and coordinate stakeholders to deliver new technologies or technology transfers on schedule and within scope.

• Full project execution ownership; primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans for technology enablement and transfers.
• Analyze data and monitor program adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and technical specifications.
• Drive team members to meet milestones and customer commitments; track and close action items.
• Identify program risks proactively and define mitigation plans.
• Prepare and report program progress to key stakeholders, including external customers.
• Travel as required for customer requests, workshops, project reviews, and staff meetings.
• Perform work in a safe and compliant manner supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs.

Must-have

• 6+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
• Highly reliable and execution-focused with disciplined follow-through on commitments and details.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent written and oral communication; comfortable leading calls with executives, technical experts, vendors, and customers.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful; able to solve non-routine issues and distill complex information into simple narratives.

Nice-to-have

• Strong technical background in semiconductor device physics and processes.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Proven record of delivering high-profile, complex technical projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience leading initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring peers.

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field. Preferred: PhD in a technical field. Typical fields include engineering, physics, materials science, electrical/computer engineering, or related technical disciplines.
