Datacenter Tech Program Manager

Role Summary

Serve as the primary technical execution lead for Intel's PRC Next Wave Cloud Service Provider accounts, coordinating customer engagement, platform enablement, product adoption, engineering teams, and partners across Xeon, AI systems, and datacenter platforms.

Act as the central point between customers, account teams, engineering groups, product teams, and ecosystem partners to ensure successful deployment, qualification, production ramp, and business growth. On-site presence in China is required.

Experience Level

Senior. The posting requests 8+ years in datacenter, cloud, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering and experience managing large-scale technical programs with hyperscale CSPs.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include customer-facing program management, cross-functional execution, and reporting on program status and risks.

• Serve as primary interface between customer engineering teams and Intel technical organizations.
• Lead Xeon platform deployment and volume ramp programs; track qualification schedules, deployment readiness, and production ramp status.
• Manage cross-functional technical engagements and customer projects through planning, execution, and milestone delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Scope, plan, and prioritize requirements, accounting for interdependencies and staffing constraints.
• Troubleshoot technical roadblocks and drive resolution, contributing technical expertise as needed.
• Provide program health, risk, and financial updates to executives and stakeholders to support decision-making.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience for immediate contribution; preferred technical domains listed separately.

• 8+ years in datacenter, cloud, AI infrastructure, or platform engineering with large-scale program management experience.
• Experience managing programs with hyperscale cloud service providers (CSPs).
• Proven leadership and team-mentoring experience.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with customer-driven product development practices.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Xeon architecture and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with server platforms, system validation, performance optimization, and fleet management.
