Customer Program Office Lead

Role Summary

Establish and lead the Customer Program Management Office (CPMO) for Analog Devices’ Data Center & Energy business unit to ensure end-to-end execution of strategic datacenter and energy customer programs.

Serve as the senior point of coordination across Sales, FAE, Segment and Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Program Management to translate customer priorities into executable plans and drive predictable delivery.

Experience Level

Senior — requires 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, product management, operations, or customer-facing leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead program office operations, governance, and cross-functional execution for strategic customer engagements.

  • Lead the CPMO for strategic Data Center and Energy growth accounts; define operating model, processes, tools, metrics, and best practices.
  • Own governance and execution oversight for major customer programs spanning multiple products, projects, and business functions.
  • Drive integrated planning, operating reviews, dashboards, and KPI reporting to provide a unified view of program health.
  • Coordinate cross-functional prioritization and resource allocation to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve critical program risks and escalations; maintain escalation paths and remediation plans.
  • Prepare and deliver concise, executive-ready updates and materials for internal leadership and customer governance meetings.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and operational excellence across participating teams.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

  • 10+ years managing large, complex cross-functional programs with proven delivery results.
  • Experience engaging with strategic enterprise or hyperscale customers (cloud, AI infrastructure, or similar).
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence senior leaders globally.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program governance, integrated planning, risk management, and KPI-driven reporting.
  • Proven ability to translate customer priorities into executable plans and drive accountability across teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
  • Preferred: semiconductor industry experience and domain knowledge in datacenter/cloud infrastructure, power management, AI infrastructure, or product NPI lifecycles.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
