Responsibilities

Primary tasks and customer-facing duties include:

• Provide technical applications support and product presentations for reticle and photomask inspection systems.
• Perform acceptance testing, recipe setup, alpha/beta testing, and project execution.
• Conduct customer training and assist sales in pre-sales assessments and demonstrations.
• Escalate and track field issues with product divisions and follow up on fixes.
• Analyze complex problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues.
• Prepare Best Known Methods (BKM), project summary reports, customer use-case summaries, and product value pitches.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
