CPU SRAM Design Engineer
Design and analyze custom SRAM and register-file digital circuits for high-performance CPU products. This role owns SRAM designs from schematic capture through characterization and model generation and works with CAD and Physical Design teams to meet performance, power and area targets.
Mid-level β typically a mid-career engineering role requiring practical experience in memory or ASIC circuit design (commonly a few years of industry experience in relevant roles).
Primary responsibilities include end-to-end memory design and analysis.
