CPU RTL Design Engineer

Role Summary

This position involves developing complex CPU subsystems based on ARM/RISC-V architecture. The engineer will work in a dynamic, consumer-oriented environment, focusing on timely delivery and high quality in CPU subsystem design development.

Experience Level

Mid-level, with a preference for candidates having 5+ years of relevant design development experience.

Responsibilities

The engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Enhancing CPU subsystem features and performing micro-architecture and RTL development.
• Integrating CPU and related IPs into the CPU subsystem.
• Owning and coordinating design delivery processes for complex multi-voltage, power domain subsystems.
• Enabling verification and implementation improvements.
• Involvement in post-silicon bring up and debugging.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of computer architecture, ASIC design flow, and design verification methodologies.
• Proficient in simulation tools, including Verdi and linting tools.
• Familiarity with static timing analysis, CDC, DFT, and MBIST.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
