CPU Circuit Design Engineer
Join the Silicon and Platform Engineering Group as a CPU Circuit Design Engineer responsible for performance verification methodology and circuit/timing quality signoff for CPU designs. The role evaluates new process nodes via circuit simulation and block-scaling, recommends frequency targets, and collaborates with RTL, circuit, and silicon domains to meet timing and PPA targets.
The position covers pre-silicon responsibilities and grows to own pre-to-post-silicon voltage/frequency correlation and debug of circuit marginality.
Senior β requires substantial prior experience in CPU circuit or backend design and timing signoff (see Education Requirements for minimum experience tied to degree).
