Role Summary

Join the elite CMOS Device Integration Team at Micron to lead the development of advanced devices for DRAM and Compute-in-Memory solutions. This role focuses on innovating memory technology that will impact efficiency and performance for next-generation products.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing state-of-the-art CMOS solutions compatible with advanced memory architectures.
• Performing electrical characterization of CMOS devices and circuits.
• Collaborating with design, TCAD, modeling, process, reliability, and layout teams.
• Providing strategic insights to management and making impactful presentations.
• Deepening knowledge of CMOS technology and its application in memory performance.

Requirements

The following skills and experiences are essential:

• PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience in device design and/or integration at advanced CMOS technologies.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, processes, and characterization techniques.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with high-performance logic technologies and recent research in the field.

Education Requirements

PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with advanced experience in CMOS technology.
