Chip Design Engineer, Graviton Team
Role Summary
Work on the Graviton family of SoCs at Annapurna Labs (an AWS team). You will design RTL blocks, drive SoC development from micro-architecture to tape-out, and collaborate with verification, physical design, software, and product teams.
This role focuses on production-quality processor and platform IP for large-scale cloud infrastructure; expect cross-functional technical ownership and system-level responsibility.

Responsibilities
Primary technical and cross-team responsibilities.
- Drive SoC development from micro-architecture definition through tape-out.
- Design and implement RTL blocks within a complex semiconductor platform.
- Perform system-level debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Lead pre- and post-silicon verification activities for assigned design areas.
- Define and execute IP integration strategies and ensure correct integration into the SoC.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and delivery of design deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product Definition, Verification, Physical Design, and Software Engineering teams.
Requirements
