Central Process Integration Engineer

Role Summary

Responsible for integrating and optimizing module processes within the fab to improve product yield and reliability. Works with PIE, Process & Equipment Engineering, WLR, TD and global partners to design experiments, analyze data, communicate issues, and drive process alignment across fabs.

May require travel to other Micron sites; supports production yield, quality, and cross-area engineering coordination.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve yield and reliability within assigned process loop.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab processes, yield, and quality.
• Collect, interpret, and present complex process and yield data to engineering and leadership teams.
• Engage or lead cross-area engineering teams to resolve process issues and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with global partners, sister fabs, and PI module owners for process alignment and benchmarking.
• Partner with Industrial Engineering, Process and Equipment Engineering, and Production to forecast and balance yield, output, and process issues.
• Promote standardization and best-known methods (BKMs) across the network.
