Career Accelerator Program - Validation Engineer
This is an entry-level engineering role within Texas Instruments' Career Accelerator Program (CAP). The hire will participate in structured technical and professional training while working on product, test, and validation engineering tasks to support the development, qualification, and manufacturing of analog and embedded processing products.
The engineer will support strategies to meet profitability targets for assigned product lines (new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion, yield enhancement), act as an operational point of contact for the product portfolio, resolve customer quality and application issues, and coordinate cross-functional problem solving with wafer fabrication and assembly manufacturing sites.
Entry-level / Early career. Suited for recent graduates; no specific years of prior professional experience required.
Typical responsibilities include hands-on engineering support across product, test, and validation functions and cross-functional coordination to ensure product quality and manufacturability.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field. Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is required.
