Role Summary

As a Digital IC Design Engineer in TI's Career Accelerator Program (12-month), you will design, model, implement and verify digital circuits and processor subsystems to meet performance, power, cost and schedule targets. The role includes architecture trade-off analysis, behavioral/model development, and coordination with layout and test teams.

Experience Level

Entry-level — targeted at new college graduates (typical experience 0–2 years). The program provides structured technical training and on-the-job learning over 12 months.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include:

• Define and verify digital circuit and processor architecture to meet specifications.
• Develop behavioral models, CPU simulators and verification environments.
• Perform high-level trade-off analysis for performance, power and cost.
• Participate in design reviews and produce design and product documentation.
• Coordinate prototype characterization and test specifications with test/product engineering.
• Collaborate with system engineering, layout and other cross-functional teams.

• Role is based in Bengaluru; Texas Instruments will not sponsor work visas for this position.

Education Requirements

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. The posting also references a Master's degree level. Academic expectation: cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher. Equivalent technical academic preparation is acceptable.
