Role Summary

This is an entry-level analog integrated-circuit design role within Texas Instruments' Career Accelerator Program (CAP). The role focuses on front-end analog design activities: schematic design, circuit simulation, parametric analysis, and support for layout and post-layout verification.

The position includes formal training and on-the-job learning across analog, digital and verification domains and exposure to back-end activities such as bench characterization, test, and failure analysis.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include designing and validating analog ICs and participating in cross-functional product development.

• Define, design and simulate analog integrated circuits (schematic-level design and functional/parametric simulation).
• Support IC layout and run post-layout extracted simulations.
• Perform bench characterization, final test support, and failure analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with digital design and verification teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Participate in CAP technical training and apply on-the-job learning to accelerate development.
